- Does Unique Rio provide transfers from Galeão and Santos Dumont airports?
- Yes. Unique Rio provides executive transfers from Galeão International Airport (GIG) and Santos Dumont Airport (SDU) to hotels, residences and offices throughout Rio de Janeiro, as well as reception at the Port of Rio.
- Can I book an exclusive vehicle for my family or group?
- Yes. All Unique Rio services are private: the vehicle is exclusive to the client, with no sharing with other passengers. For larger groups, we offer vans with capacity for up to 20 passengers.
- Does Unique Rio serve companies?
- Yes. We serve companies with transfers for executives and employees, airport ↔ office transportation, meetings, events and recurring service, with customized terms.
- Can I book a car at my disposal for a set period?
- Yes. The service includes a vehicle and driver for a set period — a few hours, a full day or several days — ideal for corporate schedules and touristic itineraries.
- What types of vehicles are available?
- The fleet includes executive vehicles (Toyota Corolla and Jeep Commander), vans for groups and armored vehicles (Toyota Corolla, Ford Fusion, Jeep Commander, Mitsubishi Outlander and Kia Carnival), all licensed with the Ministry of Tourism and Turisrio.
Airports and receptive services
- How does airport reception work?
- The driver waits at the arrivals hall holding a sign with the passenger's name, helps with luggage and escorts the client to the vehicle.
- Does the driver track the passenger's flight?

- Does Unique Rio serve passengers arriving in Rio overnight?
- Yes. We provide service at any time, including overnight, upon advance booking.
- Can I book a transfer to destinations outside the city of Rio?
- Yes. We provide transfers and trips to Angra dos Reis, Búzios, Arraial do Cabo, Petrópolis, Teresópolis, Nova Friburgo and other destinations in the state.

- Does Unique Rio offer private touristic tours?
- Yes. We provide private city tours to Rio's main attractions — Christ the Redeemer statue, Sugarloaf Mountain, Selarón Steps, historic downtown and beaches — with a driver at your disposal throughout the tour.
- Can I put together a personalized itinerary around Rio de Janeiro?
- Yes. The itinerary is defined together with the client, based on the time available, the group's interests and the desired pace.
